I had an amazing time at this hotel! The pool and Jacuzzi were delightful, and the attention to landscaping added to the charm. The only downside was the questionable neighborhood, which made me a bit uneasy. Overall, it's a fantastic property for relaxation and comfort.

I stayed at this hotel to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time, and it did offer a unique experience. The spacious room was a plus, with a nice atmosphere ideal for relaxation. However, the overall customer service left much to be desired, especially during our unexpected power outage. While the facilities had potential, the management handling could really benefit from improvement.

I had high hopes for this spa hotel, especially after reading some reviews, but my experience was mixed. On one hand, the outdoor pool and kitchen area were lovely and provided a cozy vibe perfect for chilling. On the other hand, the customer service left much to be desired, especially during my attempt to cancel a reservation, which turned into a frustrating interaction. Overall, while the ambiance is great, the service issues were quite disappointing.
